DURING THE CATALOGS DEVELOPMENT STAGE ALL PROJECT MANAGERS WILL BE COMPENSATED FOR THE FIRST YEAR AT A RATE OF 33% of the LIFE CHARTER MEMBERSHIP DUES FOR USACATALOG.US AND 5% OF THE STATE CATALOG ANNUAL GROSS SALES. At the completion of one year the qualified PROJECT MANAGERS will have the right of first refusal to become a permanent Account Exec. The assigned PROJECT MANAGER must meet all the qualification requirements of paragraph #7 .
PROJECT MANAGERS POLICIES
1. USACATALOG.us 50 State Domain Catalog system and five support sites are taking applications for Project Managers.To qualifie for the position of AccountExec. A PROJECT MANAGER ONLY COMPENSATION IS 5% OF THE STATE CATALOG REPRESENTED ANNUAL GROSS SALES AND 33% OF THE CHARTER MEMBERSHIP DUES after the adjustment of fees stated in paragraph #2. An Account Exec will receive control of the State Catalog Domain , 24/7 domain support and be awarded the State Catalog AccountExec position after qualification by USACATALOG.us. An ACCOUNT EXEC COMPENSATION IS AGREED TO BY ANNUAL CONTRACT. The State Catalog Domain Account Exec is solely accountable for the State Domain Catalog upon acceptance.
2. USA catalog.us gross sales royalty of 2.99% will be assessed payable to The Bag Man.us, the creator, producer and owner of the USACATALOG.us network. A promotional fee of 2.5% will be assessed to the gross sales of usacatalog.us the exclusive publisher of all fifty state catalog domains and paid to usacatalog.us.
3. A State Domain AccountExec or Project Manager Product Provider terms and price schedules must be approved by usa catalog.us in writing prior to publication.
4. DOCK-IT-EXPRESS.us is a usacatalog.us transfer system.
5. All applicants must be a citizen of the United States of America, speak fluent USA English, twenty one years of age and reside for the last year at a residence in the State Domain Catalog state.
6. It is expressly understood that only products "MADE IN THE USA", certified by USACATALOG.us in writing may be published.
7. The State Domain AccountExec or Project Manager applicant must submit a resume with a signed copy of the State Domain Catalog
Project Manager Policies. Upon written consideration submit to an Employment Eligibility Verification by E Verify a credit report and agree to all the State Domain Project Manager policies including the Privacy, Warranty and Return product policies published on the usawarehouse.us site. A PROJECT MANAGER IS AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR.

9.State Domain AccountExec or Project Managers are accountable for forwarding all Product Provider products on a Microsoft Excel Product Template for written approval to usacatalog.us within three business days of receipt. All product errors and omissions are the responsibility of the State Domain AccountExec or
Project Manager.
10. INTRODUCTARY LIFE TIME CHARTER MEMBERSHIP DUES ARE $29.95. USACATALOG.us Membership Annual Dues are $35.00.
UPON USACATALOG.US CATALOG LAUNCH ALL LIFE TIME USACATALOG.US MEMBERS WILL RECEIVE A LIFE TIME 10% PURCHASE DISCOUNT FOR PURCHASES IN THE STATE CATALOGS or USACATALOG.US. Some restrictions may apply.
DUES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
11. Upon acceptance the State Domain Catalog AccountExec must apply for and obtain a F.I.N., state sales tax number and an account in the State Domain Catalog AccountExe name, in the event the FIN., sales tax number and PayPal account verification is not received within thirty days, the State Domain Catalog AccountExec approval will be canceled by USACATALOG.us.
12. Upon issuance, a State Domain Catalog AccountExec or Project Manager may terminate the State Catalog authority at any time for any reason by giving written notice to USACATALOG.us. All domain income will stop, the state domain AccountExec authority will revert back to USACATALOG.us.
13. All State Domain Catalog AccountExec or Project Managers understand that PROFIT OR LOSS may result from the operation a State Domain Catalog . A State Domain Catalog AccountExec or Project Manager must give written notice of reason to USACATALOG.us in the event the State Domain Catalog is not active for thirty days period USACATALOG.us reserve the right to revoke the dormant State Domain Catalog AccountExec or Project Manager authority.
14.USACATALOG.us may revoke a State Domain Catalog AccountExec or Project Manager authority in the event a policy violation is not corrected in 30 days of written notice thereof. All domain income will stop. The State Domain Catalog AccountExec or Project Manager authority will revert back to USACATALOG.us on the date revoked. All State Domain Catalog AccountExec or Project Manager debt or damages will be charged back to the State Domain Account Exec or Project Manager.
15. Any deviation in policy must be approved in writing by USACATALOG.us.
16. All customer complaints, disputes, questions or comments received by the State Domain Catalog AccountExec or Project Manager must be emailed to contactus@usacatalog.us for resolution Copies of all correspondence will be forwarded to the State Domain AccountExec or Project Manager upon written request.
